rp preferences
style
i default to present tense action/brackets, and it is generally my prefered method of writing my tags. i can switch to and am happy to write in prose, and will generally try and match a thread partner's style! generally my tags are a paragraph or two at least, i don't really like writing short tags — similarly, i don't particularly enjoy texting/network threads.
pacing & availability
my availability is sporadic at best; my timezone is london (gmt) so i'm often around at weird hours for most americans. in spite of that, my schedule can often be horrendous, so who knows. generally, i think i'm a medium pace tagger. i try to get to my tags at least once every couple of nights, or through the day where possible. sometimes i can be quicker, sometimes a little slower. i also do enjoy boomeranging occassionally if the stars align and myself and a thread partner are both available and up for it.
backtagging
i live in backtags. with games, i try and keep things going until a thread is completed or reaches a point where we think it's suitable to move on from. for psls, i will wait forever — in my mind there is no such things as late or old tags, i'm just excited to get them! — i'll always tag threads for as long as i can.
cross-medium cr
yes, please! part of the fun for me is experiencing characters from mediums i don't usually consume, so i'm totally fine with cross-medium cr. i don't have a lot of characters i've played, but i've played from anime/manga, video games and live action and am just as happy to thread with characters from similar mediums as well as others (ocs, comics, podcasts, etc.)
cross-canon cr
again, yes, please! canonmates are a nice bonus, but for the most part i'd like to explore whatever else is out there. i've played characters in the past who have been tricky without certain canonmates and the result is that i'd really like to avoid that in the future. there are a few canons that i'm not overly interested in, however, and it might be harder for me to thread with characters from those. (i'll probably avoid danganronpa, hazbin hotel, helluva boss, and homestuck.)
not interested
i'd prefer to thread with players who are over the age of 21 — as for characters, i'd rather not thread with children. not especially interested in threading with genderbent/r63 versions of characters.
